The Blasphemous Focus is a Hardmode accessory, available for purchase from the Curio Trader once any Tier 4 Boss has been defeated.

While it is equipped, drinking a mana potion gives the player 5 seconds of the Forbidden Power buff, which grants increased mana regeneration. Additionally, nearby enemies are afflicted with a debuff that deals damage over time and increases the damage taken by the enemy by 10%. This debuff also lasts 5 seconds.
