Changes

• Phoenix itself also works differently, when you die with the buff active, you immediately instead regain 1/3rd of your max HP. You also cannot get the Reraise buff back for another minute after you resurrect, even if you use Phoenix again during this time

Fixes

• Fixed the Phoenix Esper not dropping properly from the tile you mine it from
• Fixed a wrong tooltip for one of Cyan's buffs
