The Eternal Cosmos mod introduces 6 new rarities to the game, 3 of them are animated.

| Bubblegum | Bubblegum Pink | Early Twilight Mode items. |
| Ancient | Grayish-brown | Used for fossil items |
| Hydra | Scarlet | Post Emperor Slime items and items of the Bubblegum rarity with good modifiers |
| Draconic | Violet and Cyan | Late Twilight Mode items and items of the Hydra rarity with good modifiers |
| Abyssal | Navy and Gray | Items crafted with Voidsteel Alloy |
