The indicator a weapon can be upgraded

The Cosmic Core is a craftable post-Moon Lord Crafting material obtained by opening Cosmic Keys with a 2*1/50 (2%) chance. It will allow the player to upgrade various weapons, with an indicator appearing on weapons that can be upgraded. If the player is holding a weapon that can be upgraded in their selected item slot, the tooltip "Right click to upgrade your <Weapon Name>" will appear, and the player can press Right-click to upgrade it.
