The Starry with stars is a Hardmode Minion dropped by the Heaven and Earth Guardian with a 25*1/4 (25%) chance. When used, it summons a Visions of the Sky Guardian that fires Astrology at nearby enemies.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Starry with stars has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
