The Strange Looking Tombstone is created when the player dies while having the Pet Worm buff active (from the Suspicious Looking Apple). It otherwise behaves like every other tombstones.

Trivia

• In the original mobile version, the item was bugged and could not be placed back after mining it. Since Consolaria is a reimplementation from scratch in tModLoader, it is not affected by the bugs of the original versions.
