Old Walking Stick is a pet-summoning item which summons a pet Old Lady that follows you around. It can be bought from the Clothier for 1. If the player gets ahead of the Old Lady, however, she will fly after the player until she is close to them, at which point she will start walking again. When submerged in lava, the Old Lady will scream. However, like all pets, she is impervious to damage.

Trivia

• The Old Walking Stick is part of the Worms 3 crossover. The Old Lady Pet's design is based on the Old Woman from the Worms franchise.
• It is one of only two pre-Hardmode items that cost Platinum Coins, the other one being the Diamond Ring sold by the Traveling Merchant.
