The Horn o' Plenty is an Expert Mode exclusive healing item that is never consumed when used. Using it will inflict the Potion Sickness debuff, not allowing them to use it again. It is always dropped from Turkor the Ungrateful's Treasure Bag.

Tips

• The Horn 'o Plenty can be used for the rest of pre-hardmode and early stages of hardmode before Greater Healing Potions are obtainable, and is still useful after, as Greater Healing Potions cannot be used indefinitely, unlike the Horn o' Plenty.

Trivia

• In real life, a Horn of plenty, or Cornucopia, is a mythical symbol of abundance and nourishment commonly associated with the Thanksgiving season.
• It is the only healing item with infinite uses.
