The Drunk debuff halves the damage the player inflicts, but also the player they receive. For this reason it can be considered both a buff and a debuff. Using the Nurse's Heal will remove it.

It can be useful in situations where the player needs to resist damage but does not need to attack, such as for example the trial of the Torch God.
