Sky Ores are basic important materials in the Blue Sky Ore Mod. Sky Ores can be generated from Blue Sky Candle or Sky Candle. Ores are also generated in very small amounts on Floating Islands as replacements to Silver Ore or Tungsten Ore on the world generation.

Sky Ores change variant depending on the time and weather:

Changing the variant of Sky Ore prioritizes the weather over the time. For example: on a rainy night, sky ore turns into Gray Sky Ore rather than Dark Blue Sky Ore.

Changing Sky Ores requires certain conditions:

• Placed in the space layer
• Placed in the surface layer and not placed in front of any wall

If Sky Ores are placed under surface layer, they don't change anymore. Additionally, placing a wall can't prevent the change between Blue Sky Ore and Dark Blue Sky Ore.

Generatable maximum range of each Sky Candles

Generating Sky Ores by Sky Candles requires certain conditions:

• Sky Candles are placed in the surface or space layer. (No height limit in the Don't dig up and Get fixed boi world seeds. )
• No wall placed on the Sky Candle or in a position which will generate Sky Ores
• No liquid placed on the Sky Candle or in a position which will generate Sky Ores
• No blocks surrounding all sides of a position which will generate Sky Ores (except blocks which have a affinity to Sky Ores)
