Modifiers (Blue Sky Ore Mod)

Blue Sky Ore Mod adds some new modifiers.

Tool modifiers

These modifiers only apply when the tool is being used.

Modifier	Range	Size	Tier	Value
Long	+1	+5%	+1
Short	-1	-5%	-1

Those modifiers apply only pickaxes, axes, and hammers. Excepted, items listed below can also be applied:

• Gravedigger's Shovel
• Staff of Regrowth
• Uncolorable Shovel
• Planter's Shovel
• Terra Shovel
