The Bloody Mary is a Pre-Hardmode melee weapon that is dropped by Blood Zombies, upon hitting an enemy, it is inflicted with the Mary's Wrath debuff. Right clicking will wummon Mary who will hover above the player for a short while, she will then scream and deal 150 damage to all inflicted enemies.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
