Stamina

Stamina is a mechanic added by Avalon. The stamina meter is displayed underneath the mana meter on the right side of the screen. Similarly to health and mana, stamina can be increased with Stamina Crystals, which are either dropped by any boss or crafted with Boltstone. There are several Stamina Scrolls that can be equipped in slots located in your miscellaneous equip tab. Additionally, you may toggle the ability on or off using the eye button at the top right of the slot.

Usage

Sprinting

This scroll's effect will increase the player's run speed by an amount equivalent to a boot upgrade. This means standard walking speed will increase to Hermes Boots speed, Hermes Boots' speed will increase to Lightning / Frostspark Boots / Terraspark Boots level, Lightning / Frostspark / Terraspark Boots will increase to Inertia Boots' level, and Inertia Boots will increase to the speed of Blah's Wings. Sprinting costs 8 stamina per second.

Equip the Sprint Scroll to use this ability.

Mining Speed

This scroll's effect enables you to mine faster, similarly to the Mining Potion. Stamina consumed depends on your current mining speed (before applying this scroll's effect).

Equip the Mining Speed Scroll to use this ability.

Flight Time Restore

This scroll allows you to double-tap Jump (Default:Space) to restore flight time after your wings run out of steam. Consumes 150 stamina every use.

Equip the Flight Time Scroll to use this ability.

Wall Sliding

This scroll enables the use of wall jumping, similarly to Shoe Spikes and Climbing Claws. Wall Sliding costs 3 stamina per second if you have either the Shoe Spikes or Climbing Claws equipped, and 6 stamina per second if you don't.

Equip the Wall Sliding Scroll to use this ability.

Dashing

This mode will allow the player to dash, similarly to the Tabi.

Currently disabled, but will return in a future update.

Swimming

This scroll's effect allows the player to swim as if they had the Flipper equipped. Swimming costs 6 stamina per second.

Equip the Swimming Scroll to use this ability.

Teleportation

Allows teleportation to the cursor with the Teleport (Default:V) button. Uses 90 stamina.

Equip the Teleport Scroll to use this ability.

Notes

  • The Stamina Flower automatically consumes Stamina Potions when needed, but at the cost of increasing stamina usage. The Stamina Sickness debuff has 5 stacks, each of which increases stamina usage by 20%.
