The Twin Claw Pendant is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Accessory dropped by the Grips of Chaos. When equipped, if an enemy has the On Fire!, Burning, Frostburn, Cursed Inferno, Shadowflame, and Daybroken debuffs, it increases the damage they take by 10%, if an enemy has the Poisoned, or Venom debuffs, it increases the damage they take by 12%, and if the player is in The Inferno of The Mire, it increases the player's endurance by 10%.
