The Terrus Blade is a craftable pre-Hardmode, autoswinging projectile sword that can also be found in Lost Chests. When swung, it fires a sword-shaped projectile that costs no ammunition or mana. The projectile produces lingering sparks that emit a small amount of light. The projectile can be fired once every half second by default, and dissipates upon piercing 2 enemies or hitting a solid block.

Its best modifier is Legendary.

Trivia

• The weapon bears a striking resemblance in visuals and in name to the vanilla Terra Blade.
  • It has been said by the lead developer that the Terrus Blade is a version of the Terra Blade left in the Lost Strongholds by the Lost Heroes of the mod's lore.
  • The tooltip of the Terrus weapons allude to this, calling the weapons ancient.
• The word 'Terrus' is a portmanteau of the Latin words 'Terra' and 'Tellus'. Both of which are words that translate to 'earth' or 'land'.
