The Soulbrand is a craftable pre-Hardmode, autoswinging sword. When striking an enemy for the first time, the sword will deal triple damage and ignore all forms of enemy protection. This includes both defense and damage reduction. Otherwise, the sword functions as a generic broadsword.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
