The Undying Heart is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by The Groom and The Bride with a 50*1/2 (50%) chance (100% in Expert Mode). When equipped, if the player dies, the text "Playername died for its lover" will appear in chat, the player's health is increased by 20, and the player's health and life regeneration will be shared among other players above 10% health.
