The Starscream is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Accessory dropped by the Holographic Slime. When equipped, it has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance to replace Stars, Soul Cakes, and Sugar Plums with Phase Stars, which heals the player 25 mana, as well as damaging all nearby enemies and inflicting the Starstruck debuff, and reducing the player's mana from normal Stars by 25.
