The Serene Magatama is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Iron Maiden in Expert Mode the Serenity Slime with a 25*1/4 (25%) chance in Normal Mode. When equipped, town npc damage is increased by 10% and damage reduction by 50%, and being near town npcs gives them the Happy! and Lovestruck buffs. It is used to craft the Maya's Pendant.
