The Salvation is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by Isaac if killed with the Pacifist's Cane. When equipped, it summons a Salvation ring around the player that if an enemy is inside, it will inflict the Salvation Strike debuff on them, causing an Energy Laser to grow and then fire out four Energy Lasers.
