The Rainbow Heart Necklace is a Hardmode Accessory obtained by giving the Heart of Forest a Radiant Star, then the player has a 16.67*1/6 (16.67%) chance to win the Rainbow Heart Necklace from the wheel that appears. When equipped, it increases the player's maximum health by 20 and applies a rainbow effect to the player.
