The Peeper is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Eye of Cthulhu with a 10*1/10 (10%) chance (33.33*1/3 (33.33%) in Expert Mode). When equipped, it summons a Peeper that spins around the player and inflicts the Wet debuff and when the player is below 50% of health, it summons another Peeper that deals more damage.
