The Paci-fier is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Dr Fetus' first phase. When equipped, it increases a counter when the player doesn't attack while holding a weapon, it increases endurance by 5% at 1 second, increases defense by the amount of seconds per second, and increases life regeneration when at 10 seconds, where it stops increasing.
