The Mystical Stones is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Ancient Guardian with a 20*1/5 (20%) chance. When equipped, summon weapons inflict the Frostburn debuff, ranged weapons have a 50*1/2 (50%) chance to inflict the Empowered buff on the player if the enemy hit has the Frostburn debuff, which increases ranged projectile velocity by 50%, Blizzards that inflict the Frostburn debuff have a 50*1/2 (50%) chance to fall from the sky on enemies hit with ranged weapons, true melee weapons damage is increases by 5% and hearts heal 25% more health and inflict the Frostburn debuff on nearby enemies, a Tiny Broken Washing Machine will follow the player that causes North Pole Snowflakes to fall from the sky, inflicts the Frostburn debuff, and has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance to fire out a Water Stream upon enemy hits, magic weapons pressed with Right Click will fire down a Snowflake from the sky every fifth attack that inflicts the Frostburn debuff, and magic weapons have a 25*1/4 (25%) chance to restore the consumed mana if the enemy has the Frostburn debuff. It cannot be equipped while the Frigid Scarf is equipped. It is used to craft the Frigid Scarf.
