The Mini-Hakkero is a post-Moon Lord magic weapon and upgrade to the Last Prism. Like the tooltip states, it fires a massive beam.

Its best modifier is Demonic for damage output or Mystic for mana conservation (not that you would need it.)

This weapon deals damage every frame, as opposed to the Last Prism which deals damage every 5 frames.
It only takes mana to start firing it, and doesn't consume any more while firing.

This weapon is a direct reference to Marisa Kirisame from the Touhou Project series and her weapon of choice, the Mini-Hakkero.
- The projectile it fires very closely resembles Master Spark, Marisa's signature attack.
