The Joule Jolter is a Pre-Hardmode Bow that is dropped from SATLA-001. This weapon shoots metal rods that punctures enemies and stay for 10 seconds. These bolts continue to hurt the enemy for those 10 seconds. If the player charges the repeater until its charged, it will connect the rods with a red stream that damages enemies that are in the stream.
