The Dynasty Scroll is a craftable Hardmode Accessory. When equipped, it increases dodge chance by 5*1/20 (5%) chance every time the player takes damage until the dodge, which resets the chance, it gives them the Panic! buff whenever they take damage, enemy contacts with the player deal 100% of damage back to them, and the player will fire out 12 Nuclear Flames in all directions when they are hit that inflicts the On Fire! and Angelic Flames debuffs, with a cooldown that lasts 1 minute with the numbers appearing above the player.
