The Dainty Drunkard is a Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Tavernkeep with a 20*1/5 (20%) chance. When equipped, the Gourd Vitality, Tipsy, Drunk, Merry, Intoxicated, and Healthy buffs last 50% longer and items that give these buffs have a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance to not get consumed.
