The Creeper Head Necklace is a Hardmode Accessory purchased from the Wandering Samurai with a 20*1/5 (20%) chance after The Twins have been defeated. When equipped, if the sentry hit an enemy, it inflicts the Explosive Chemical debuff, if the player double taps ▼ Down, it summons a Creeper Crystal that fires 5 Spore Clouds spiraling around it, and if the player is near the Mechanic, it gives the player and mechanic the Lovestruck buff and increases the player's life regeneration by 1.
