The Conductor is a Pre-Hardmode Yoyo dropped by SATLA-001 with a 5*1/20 (5%) chance. Upon contact with an enemy, it will form a Charge Area around itself. The more hits the yoyo deals, the larger the Charge Area becomes. Enemies inside the Charge Area will be inflicted with the Charged debuff, as well as having Charge Beams fired at them, which also inflict Charged.

Its best modifier is Godly.
