The CV01 Sound and Movement Enhancer Chip is a Hardmode Accessory purchased from the Cyborg if the player has the Green onion equipped. When equipped, Music Arrows will appear above the player, with Music Arrows falling directly down on them and pressing the movement key respective to the arrow will give the player a specific effect. Pressing ◀ Left will decrease debuff durations by 1 second, excluding the Potion Sickness debuff, pressing ▼ Down will give enemies the Fear debuff (Horror if the Hysteria Vial and Mom's Box are equipped) and decrease their life by 30, with the text "30" appearing above their head, unless below 30, where it instantly kills them, pressing ▲ Up grants immunity frames for 10 seconds, and pressing ▶ Right gives the player either the Regeneration, Swiftness, Ironskin, Thorns, Cozy Fire, Heart Lamp, Lifeforce, Rage, Wrath, and the Dryad's Blessing buffs for 10 seconds. It is used to craft the Vocaloid.
