The Bone Hairpin is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Bone Serpent with a 4*1/25 (4%) chance (8.33*1/12 (8.33%) for Expert Mode). When equipped, if the player kills an enemy with a summon weapon, it fires out 2 to 5 Bone Hands that run up to enemies and attack them.
