The Bloodbath is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Accessory dropped by Okiku. When equipped, it grants a 20*1/5 (20%) chance for night to be a Blood Moon, with the text "The Blood Moon is rising..." appearing in chat, and there is a 3.33*1/30 (3.33%) every second for the player to receive the Regeneration buff and for Blood to fall from the sky, which heals the player for 1 health and inflicts the Bleeding and On Fire! debuffs on enemies.
