The Blood Licker is a Pre-Hardmode Sword that is dropped by Blood Zombie and Drippler after Okiku has been defeated. Upon hitting an enemy, it releases a projectile. The projectile deals the base damage of the weapon. The projectile will not hit the enemy that was first hit, but will instead hit the enemy behind the first enemy, and will pierce once. Any enemy hit by the projectile will get inflicted by bleeding.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
