The Bio-Photon Barrier is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Accessory dropped by SATLA-001. When equipped, if the player stops moving and attacking, it summons a Bio Photon Shield that surrounds the player that provides immunity to knockback and will regenerate 10% of the damage dealt from an attack.
