The Air Force Medal of Honor is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Royal Harpy Air Force with a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance. When equipped, it summons a Tiny Peace Keeper that dashes sideways and drops down Tiny Plane Bombs that explode upon contact.
