The Activation Key is a Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Pinky Tank with a 5*1/20 (5%) chance. When equipped, it summons a Final Pacman Minion that fires Venom Rockets that explosion that inflicts the Explosive Chemical debuff if they don't already have it, fire out 5 Venomous Gel Balls that inflict the Acid Venom debuff, and inflict the Acid Venom debuff.
