The Good Apple is a consumable item dropped by the tree in the Eternal Garden at the beginning of the Nameless Deity's fight. Eating it after the boss has been defeated will permanently increase the player's health by 1. Though the item itself is consumable, there is no limit on how many can be used.

• Eating a Good Apple on the get fixed boi seed will trigger a sound effect where a voice resembling the Nameless Deity's sings the opening lines from the Bad Apple!! Touhou song.
