The Dustwind Rod is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Summoning item dropped by Dunestock. When used, it will summon a Sandstorm, with the text "A sandstorm has begun!" appearing in chat, and if used again, it will end the Sandstorm, with the text "The desert winds calm down..." appearing in chat.
