The Withered Seed is a bloom seed that has a 12.5*1/8 (12.5%) chance to be dropped by Mist Ghost encounters. As with all bloom seeds, it can only be planted on Bloom Soil. It can grow into either Guiding Marigold, Lily of Rebirth, Ornamental Poppy, or Withered Rose.
