The Withered Rose is a consumable bloom that can be grown from Withered Seeds. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 3 minutes, which increases damage taken by 15% and causes the player to release 5 Withered Petals upon taking damage. The Petals will travel outwards before homing in on nearby enemies, being able to go through tiles. The damage of the Petals is equal to 50% of the damage taken, with a minimum value of 15.
