The Very Blues is a consumable bloom that can be grown from Snow Berry Shrubs. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 4 minutes, which gives a 5.56% chance to inflict the Blueberry Frost debuff for 8 seconds on hit. Any enemy within 10 tiles of the initially hit enemy will be afflicted with Blueberry Frost for 4 seconds. The debuff reduces the horizontal velocity of any non-boss enemy by 25% per frame and increases their vertical velocity by 0.1 per frame.

Notes

• If the target can go through solid tiles, Blueberry Frost will increase its vertical velocity by 0.01 per frame instead of 0.1
