The Unstable Steroid is a potion found inside Rusty Safes in Rotten Depths. When consumed, it afflicts the player with the Steroid Strength debuff for 5 minutes, which increases damage dealt by 20%. When Steroid Strength runs out, it will afflict the player with Steroid Withdrawal for 1 minute, which decreases damage by 15%. Using the Unstable Steroid will additionally clear Steroid Withdrawal.
