The Unholy Grail is a Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Pandora's Box. When equipped, restoring mana will summon a Ghastly Orb, with its damage equal to 50% of the restored mana amount. The Orbs will follow the player for 5 seconds before flying away and homing in on nearby enemies. A maximum of 6 Ghastly Orbs can exist at a time.
