The Total Organ Package is a craftable Hardmode accessory that combines the effects of Corroding Chompers, Two-Way Blood-Way, Peptobyssmal, Stoned Kidney, Smoker's Lungs, and Symbiotic Ear. When equipped, it grants the following effects:

Grants a 6.67*1/15 (6.67%) chance to attach a Corrosive Bite to the hit enemy. Corrosive Bites deal damage once, equal to the original hit's damage or 50, whichever is higher, and disappear afterwards. Only 1 Corrosive Bite can be attached to an enemy at once.

Grants a 10*1/10 (10%) chance to attach a Leeching Chain to the hit enemy. The Chains deal 35 damage every 2 seconds, healing 10 life to the player, and will be detached if the player gets further than 40 tiles away from the leeched enemy. A maximum of 3 Chains can be attached to different enemies at once, which is decreased to 2 if the player is below 50% of their maximum life, and to 1 if they are below 25% of maximum life.

Grants a 5*1/20 (5%) chance to indefinitely afflict any non-boss enemy with the Pepto Debuff upon hitting them. The debuff reduces the target's damage by 20%, reduces their defense by 25%, and causes the target to explode into 4-7 Pepto Bubbles upon death that fly in random directions. Pepto Bubbles deal damage equal to that of the slain enemy and have a 10*1/10 (10%) chance to inflict the Pepto Debuff on hit.

Not using weapons will charge the kidney meter, displayed on the screen. After a total of 2.5 seconds, the meter will be fully charged and using a weapon at full charge will launch 6 arcing Kidney Rocks in the direction of the cursor, each dealing 150 damage.

Pressing the Accessory Hotkey will create a large, stationary Smoke Cloud around the player that lingers for 10 seconds before disappearing. The Cloud deals 50 damage to enemies within and has a 20*1/5 (20%) chance to inflict them with the Smoker Cough Debuff. The debuff causes the target to occasionally create a smaller Smoke Cloud that deals 35 damage, lasts for 5 seconds, and does not inflict any debuffs. After activating the ability, it will enter a 1 minute cooldown.

Summons an Ear Parasite attached to the player. The Parasite will periodically shoot out a total of 5 Sound Waves towards the cursor while the player is using a weapon. The delay between firing is equal to that of the held weapon's use time multiplied by 3. Sound Waves' damage is equal to that of the held weapon or 60, whichever is higher.
