The Thorn Tipped Rose is a consumable Hardmode bloom that can be grown from Puffs of Pollen. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 6 minutes, which summons a Ring of Thorns around the player that deals damage to any enemy it comes into contact with, equal to 100% of the enemy's damage. Additionally, it inflicts the Thorn Rose Bleed debuff for 4 seconds that deals 5 damage per second.
