The Symbiotic Ear is an accessory that can be dropped by Ear Worms. When equipped, it summons an Ear Parasite attached to the player. The Parasite will periodically shoot out a total of 5 Sound Waves towards the cursor while the player is using a weapon. The delay between firing is equal to that of the held weapon's use time multiplied by 3. Sound Waves' damage is equal to that of the held weapon or 60, whichever is higher.
