The Stoned Kidney is a Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Exploding Appendixes. When equipped, not using weapons will charge the kidney meter, displayed on the screen. After a total of 2.5 seconds, the meter will be fully charged, granting 15% increased damage. Using a weapon at full charge will launch 6 arcing Kidney Rocks in the direction of the cursor, with each Rock dealing 100 + held weapon's damage / 2 damage.
