The Stitched Cloak is a pre-Hardmode accessory obtained as a reward for completing Little Eye's Stitches quest. When equipped, it grants the ability to dash by double tapping any of the direction keys. Upon performing a dash, the player will leave behind a Web that lasts for 8 seconds, deals 35 damage to enemies, and afflicts them with the Stitched Cloak Web Slow debuff for 0.5 seconds. The debuff decreases the horizontal velocity of any non-boss enemy by 25% per frame and increases their vertical velocity by 0.1 per frame. After activating the dash, it will enter a 10 second cooldown. Additionally, the Stitched Cloak increases player's movement acceleration.

Notes

• If the target can go through solid tiles, Stitched Cloak Web Slow will increase its vertical velocity by 0.01 per frame instead of 0.1.
