The Snot-Nosed Tome is a pre-Hardmode spell tome that can either be crafted or dropped by Moco. Holding the attack button will conjure a Controllable Nose that closely follows the cursor. The Nose will rain down Boogers, consuming mana with each shot.

Its best modifier is Masterful for mana conservation, or Godly for criticial strike chance and knockback. It cannot get the Mythical modifier due to its low mana cost.
